DAV Staff Recruitment Selection Process

The DAV Staff Recruitment 2026 process is conducted in three phases.

Phase 1 – Registration & Verification

Candidates first check the advertisements released by DAV schools/zones and select a post for which they are eligible.

The online form is submitted for verification. Candidates then take a printout and visit a designated DAV Verification Centre with their original testimonials.

After verification, eligible candidates are marked “VERIFIED AND APPROVED FOR PAYMENT.” 

Phase 2 – Computer Based Test

After successful verification and payment of the ?300 CBT fee, candidates become eligible for the centralised CBT.

The current DAV portal states that the December 2026 CBT pattern may be notified in November 2026. The portal currently displays the previous pattern for reference, so candidates should follow the final 2027-28 examination notice when released. 

Phase 3 – Demo & Interview

After the CBT, DAV schools/zones advertise their vacancies and invite eligible candidates for the demo/interview round.

Only candidates who clear the required demo and interview are offered employment by the concerned DAV school.
