Risk Management

Candidates must have at least55% marks in a relevant qualification from a university approved by AICTE or  B.Sc in Statistics or Economics, a Bachelor’s degree in Analytics (such as Statistics, Applied Maths, Operations Research, or Data Science), or a postgraduate degree like MBA in Finance/Banking, PGDBM, or IPGD in Risk Management.

Candidates must have at least one of these certifications: FRM (from Global Association of Risk Professionals), CFA (from CFA Institute), or PRM (from Professional Risk Managers' International Association).Additionally, having skills or certifications in SPSS, SAS, R, or Python is preferred.

Candidates must have at least 10 years of experience in banking (Officer level). Out of this, minimum 5 years should be in Risk Management in a scheduled commercial bank with more than 2000 branches.And currently be working as a Chief Manager with at least 1 year of experience, or have at least 4 years of experience as a Senior Manager.

Compliance / Risk Management

Asset Liability Management

Candidates must have a full-time B.E./B.Tech degree, or a postgraduate degree/diploma in Business Management, Banking, or Finance, or be a Chartered Accountant (CA).    

Candidates must have at least one of these certifications: FRM, PRM, or CFA.          

Candidates must have at least 10 years of banking experience (Officer level), including 5 years in Risk Management in a large scheduled commercial bank (2000+ branches). They should currently be a Chief Manager with 1 year experience or have 4 years as a Senior Manager. Knowledge of ALM, Interest Rate Risk, or Liquidity Risk is preferred.                  

Digital Risk & Analytics

Candidates must have a full-time Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics or Statistics, or a B.E./B.Tech in Data Science, IT, Computer Science, or Software Engineering.Having a postgraduate degree like MBA/PGDM in Finance or a PG in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or Econometrics is preferred.

Preferred qualifications include certifications like FRM or RAI by Global Association of Risk Professionals, PRM by Professional Risk Managers' International Association, CFA, or CQF. Certifications in Machine Learning (ML), Artificial Intelligence (AI), NLP, Web Crawling, or Neural Networks are also preferred.

Candidates must have at least 10 years of banking experience (Officer level), including 5 years in Risk Management in a large scheduled commercial bank (2000+ branches). They should currently be a Chief Manager with at least 1 year of experience or have 4 years of experience as a Senior Manager. Knowledge of Digital Risk, Vendor Risk, IT Risk, or Model Validation is preferred.

Finance & Accounts

Candidates must have a full-time graduation degree and must be a Chartered Accountant (CA) by passing the final exam of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and being a registered member.

CA membership mandatory.

Candidates must have at least 10 years of experience in a scheduled commercial bank (2000+ branches), including 7 years at Head Office/Administrative Office handling areas like Corporate Tax, GST, TDS, Balance Sheet, IFRS, Ind AS, Regulatory Reporting, and Capital Raising.They should currently be a Chief Manager with at least 1 year of experience or have 4 years of experience as a Senior Manager.

Credit Officer

Candidates must have a CA, CFA, or CMA (ICWA) qualification, or a 2-year full-time postgraduate degree in Banking, Finance, or any credit-related field from a recognized institute.

Candidates must have at least 10 years of experience after qualification as an officer, including 7 years in Corporate Credit, Project Finance, or Mid/Large Credit in a bank with more than 2000 branches.They should currently be a Chief Manager with at least 1 year of experience or have 4 years of experience as a Senior Manager.
